By requesting a quotation, approving a proposal, making a payment, or engaging my services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these project terms.

1. Services Offered

Work begins only after:

  • The proposal has been approved.

10. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope.

Additional revisions involving new functionality, major design changes, or expanded project requirements may require additional time and cost.

11. Change Requests

Business requirements sometimes evolve during development.

If significant changes are requested after work has started, I will provide:

Work on additional features begins only after approval.

12. Payments

Payment terms are agreed before development begins.

Pricing, availability, licensing, and functionality of these services are controlled by their respective providers.

14. Hosting & Domain Assistance

If requested, I can assist with:

  • Email configuration
  • Server optimization

I also offer access to reliable, secure, and high-performance hosting solutions suitable for WordPress websites.

Hosting services remain subject to the policies of the underlying hosting provider.

15. Website Testing

Before launch, every website is tested for:

  • Performance

  • Broken links
  • General functionality

Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the website before final approval.

16. Website Launch

The website is launched after:

  • Outstanding balance has been paid

Post-launch support begins according to the agreed service arrangement.

17. Website Maintenance

Maintenance services may include:

Maintenance plans are optional unless otherwise agreed.

While these practices improve search engine readiness, specific rankings or business results cannot be guaranteed.

19. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients receive ownership of the completed website developed specifically for their project.
  • Clients retain ownership of all content and branding they provide.

Unless otherwise agreed, I reserve the right to display completed work within my portfolio, resume, case studies, and professional profiles.

20. Confidentiality

Any confidential business information shared during the project will be treated responsibly and will not be intentionally disclosed without permission, except where required by law.

21. Support After Launch

Support is available after project completion.

Depending on the agreed service package, support may include:

  • Minor adjustments
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Plugin updates
  • Website maintenance
  • Performance improvements
  • General guidance

Additional work beyond the agreed support period may be quoted separately.

22. Project Suspension

Projects may be temporarily suspended if:

  • Required payments are overdue.
  • Necessary content is not provided.
  • Client communication stops for an extended period.
  • Technical access is unavailable.

Work resumes once outstanding issues have been resolved.

23. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice.

Completed work remains payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

24. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality websites, I cannot be held responsible for:

  • Hosting outages
  • Third-party software failures
  • Internet disruptions
  • Search engine ranking changes
  • External service interruptions
  • Client modifications made after project completion

25. Changes to This Agreement

This Service Agreement & Project Terms page may be updated periodically to reflect improvements to services, business practices, or legal requirements.
